Perfect Day started when Luxury Event Planner Rebecca Shay got around to planning her own wedding. After 16 years of planning luxury events and luxury weddings for High Net Worth clients, the process of planning her own wedding should have been easy – but was far from it.
Rebecca wanted to do things differently; after years of creating events that captured her clients spirits and intentions, she felt compelled to do something she hadn’t done before – something that represented who she was and the things she cared about.
This blog was originally created to document her own wedding planning process, but as her plans evolved she has found herself helping and advising people from her own social networks in planning their weddings – weddings far removed from the world of HNW weddings – but she found the process all the more personal and loved helping people have a perfect day.
